Dr. Muhammad Ubaidullah is the Founder Chairman of ISLAMABAD LYCEUM. His professional career spanning over a period of 30 years in the field of “Education” is a story of devotion, dedication, commitment and Staunchness. With research, teaching, and administration career, Dr. Muhammad Ubaidullah has served in various capacities at Teachers Training College; Divisional Public School & College, Rawalpindi and Punjab Boards of Intermediate & Secondary Education. He also worked as Consultant of
Agha Khan Education Board, Karachi

Dr. Muhammad Ubaidullah has a Ph. D. degree in Zoology from UAF. He received his Bachelor's degree with Zoology, Botany & Chemistry]. Similarly, he earned his M. Sc. [Zoology] and M. Phil. [Zoology] from the UAF. He completed his Ph. D. in a short period of three years under the Environment Project of "Pakistan Science Foundation, Islamabad" . His research THESIS was evaluated and approved by the eminent Professors of USA & Canada.

During his professional career, he spent 10 years in Teachers Training arena. He worked as a Master Trainer to train the school teachers of different ranks under the projects of "Asian Development Bank" & "World Bank". He was selected for "Overseas Fellowship" to joinTeachers Training Course at "Philippine Normal University, Manila" where he was provided with an opportunity to study closely the Education System of Philippines.

Divisional Public school & College (DPS&C), Rawalpindi is an esteemed Institution of the region where Dr. Muhammad Ubaidullah served as Principal for 5 Years. Under his leadership, during this short period of time the DPS&C showed “Extraordinary and Outstanding” performance in every field of concern like academics, co-curricular activities and provision of physical facilities. The students of DPS&C clinched Positions (for the first time in its history) in the Education Board, Rawalpindi. Consequently, he was awarded Gold Medal , Certificate of Honour and a Cash prize by the Chief Minister of Punjab.

After serving in the field of education for 25 years, he started his own school, ISLAMABAD LYCEUM --- The Dream School, at the education hub of Rawalpindi City (6th Road Satellite Town, Rawalpindi) in 2012. Al-hamdulillah!!! after completing 3 years, another branch of islamabad lyceum has been launched in 2015 at Main Airport Road, Near Gulzar-e-Quaid/Koraal Chowk, Rawalpindi.
